RumFire is the island’s newest hot spot, serving up nearly 180-degree ocean views from all 240 seats. Executive Chef Leanne Kamekona’s menu features Hawaiian rooted cuisine with global influences. Everyone is raving about signature dishes like RumFire Taquitos and Bacon & Beets. Hot out of the brick oven come a variety of flatbreads, pork chops that have been brined for 48 hours then cooked with smoked bacon, roasted breadfruit and sea asparagus; and from the Sear & Wok, Hawaiian Paella with chayote rice, fresh fish, Kauai prawns, Portuguese sausage and Kekaha corn. For dessert: Peach Pineapple Cobbler with a cinnamon popcorn streusel.
