Hot out of the brick oven come a variety of flatbreads, pork chops that have been brined for 48 hours then cooked with smoked bacon, roasted breadfruit and sea asparagus; and from the Sear & Wok, Hawaiian Paella with chayote rice, fresh fish, Kauai prawns, Portuguese sausage and Kekaha corn. For dessert: Peach Pineapple Cobbler with a cinnamon popcorn streusel.
