The expansive a'la carte menu offers a wide selection of the most tender and juiciest cuts of prime steak found anywhere, prepared with the freshest herbs, spices and vegetables on Kauai. The seafood portion of the menu features a choice of Hawaii's favorite fish, caught daily off the coast of Kauai and prepared to order.

Executive Sous Chef Edwin Mizuno is known for his expertise in combining flavors of the Pacific with fresh island produce and herbs along with traditional side dishes and desserts.

Shells' also serves as the main dining room for breakfast where guests can indulge themselves with an extensive a'la carte menu or expansive breakfast buffet. For hotel guest, kids 5 and under eat free and kids 6-12 receive 50% off selected menu items with child-size portions.
