• Rates are based on single or double occupancy. Maximum occupancy is 4 adults per guest room. Third person charge is $55.
• All rates subject to applicable taxes. Hawaii State General Excise Tax, currently 4.16% is applicable to gross room rates and porterage fees (groups only). In addition, a Hawaii State Room Tax of 7.25% will be applicable to gross room rates. Combined taxes are therefore currently 11.41%.
• Family Plan - No charge for children 17 and under when occupying the same room as adult(s), and using existing bedding. Cribs are available on a request basis at no additional charge.
• Non-smoking rooms available on request.
• Physically Challenged Adapted rooms available on request.
• Check-in time is 3:00 pm.
• Check-out time is 12 noon.

FIT Rooms Deposit / Guarantee and Cancellation Policies

• A credit card is required to quarantee confirmation.
• Cancellation is required prior to 72 hours on day of arrival or fee will be charged.
• Hotel accepts the following credit cards for deposit: American Express, Diner's Club, Carte Blanche, Discover, VISA, MasterCard, JCB, JAL, and Enroute.

Group Policies

• Group room rates are available for groups with a minimum of ten (10) fully paid rooms.
• Group rates are based on single or double occupancy.
• Rates are subject to both the transient room tax (7.25%) and the state excise tax (4.16%) for a total of 11.41%.
• Porterage fees are $6.00 per person for both check-in and check-out, plus Hawai'i State General Excise Tax, subject to change pending union negotiations.
