Fitness training is not a hardship at Sheraton Kauai Resort, when it comes to the view as it overlooks Kauai's southern coastline and the blue Pacific Ocean. Open 24 hours, the Fitness Center provides the latest equipment, i.e. bicycles, treadmills, stepper, Cybex strength training equipment and free weights. Both towels and water are available in the center.
For more information contact the Concierge. You may also want to ask them about the Yoga classes taught on the beach several mornings a week. And if you like to walk or jog, there are several enjoyable walks/runs that the Concierge can suggest.
This Activity is included in the "Resort Amenities" daily service fee of $26.04 per room, therefore there are no additional charges for this item.
